SERCAP's certified CDFI (Community Development Financial Institution) Loan Fund is currently seeking a Loan Fund Manager to oversee its Individual Household Loan Program. SERCAP's Individual Household Loan Program provides Individual Household Well and Septic System Loan to low-to-moderate income (LMI) homeowners throughout the agency's seven-state service region.
